Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all soaps are made in small batches with natural ingredients, which makes them unique and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you encounter any issues with your order—such as damaged or incorrect items—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure you have the best possible experience with our products.
How long does handmade soap last?
Usually 4-6 weeks, depending on storage.
How should I store my soap?
On a well-draining soap dish to keep it dry between uses.
How long does handmade soap last?
Handmade soap bars usually last 6–12 months if stored properly in a cool, dry place. Over time, the soap may harden or fade in color but is still safe to use.
Does your soap contain lye?
Yes, all real soap are made with lye (sodium hydroxide), but no lye remains in the finished bar.
Can I use this on my face?
Yes, these handmade bars are safe for sensitive facial skin.
What is the white powder on top?
It's "soda ash," a harmless byproduct of natural soapmaking.
Why is my soap sweating?
High glycerin content in handmade soap attracts moisture from the air, which is normal.
Why does it take so long to ship?
Handmade soaps must cure for 4–6 weeks to harden and become safe, ensuring a long-lasting, high-quality bar.
What is the "cure" process?
The time allowed for water to evaporate, making the soap harder and milder.
What oils do you use?
We use variety ingredients like shea butter, Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter, Olive oil, Avocado Oil, RSPO Palm Oil, Coconut oil and Castor Oil.
